Shipping & Processing

• Standard orders ship within 1–2 weeks.
• Engraved and custom orders may require up to 4 weeks during peak seasons.
• A tracking number will be provided as soon as your map is on its way.
• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (contiguous states).

Processing Time:
All of our pieces are handcrafted with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Custom or made-to-order pieces take  longer to process—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Method & Rates:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to select orders or promotions.

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, most orders within the U.S. arrive within 2–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our art, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@fm-cs.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to make it right.
