Payment
Full payment is due through this website when your design is selected. Please ensure you have the correct workshop date noted in your records as these items are cut to order and will not be refundable. If you are unable to attend your initial workshop date, inform us in writing at info@fm-cs.com and we will help to find placement for another workshop date within one calendar year of your initial workshop date.

These DIY workshops typically last 2.5–3 hours and are perfect for beginners and novice crafters alike. Some projects may take a bit longer, but you're always welcome to return to another workshop to finish. We keep things low-pressure so you can relax and create something you're proud to display.
No prior crafting or woodworking experience? No problem. Just show up—we’ll guide you through the rest. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned creative, our workshops are relaxed, encouraging, and fun.
We offer step-by-step guidance or a completely hands-off approach—whatever fits your style. With quality materials and your unique touch, every piece is something to celebrate.

To ensure a stress-free experience, we recommend one project per person per workshop.
Workshop FAQs
How far in advance do I need to register for a workshop?
Do I need any experience?
Not at all! Our workshops are beginner-friendly and as hands on or hands off as you prefer for instruction. We’re here to help every step of the way.
Can I bring my kids?
We love families! Some workshops are family-friendly, while others are better suited for adults. Check the event listing or reach out if you’re unsure.
Can I book a private group workshop?
Yes! We offer custom workshops for birthdays, team events, girls’ nights, and more. Email info@fm-cs.com for booking requests.
What if I can’t make it?
We understand things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. In most cases, we can transfer your spot to a future workshop or offer as a take-home kit. Due to the custom nature of our projects, we cannot offer a refund as they are cut to order.
Can I change my project after I've placed my order?
You can send change requests to info@fm-cs.com and we will try to accommodate your requests the best that we can. Due to these being custom cut projects, if your project has already been cut, we cannot change your initial requested project. If you do have a different project you are requesting, it must be of equal or greater value as refunds cannot be processed.
Can I get my project as a take-home kit instead?
In most cases, yes! If you're unable to attend your scheduled workshop, we can cut your project and prepare it as a take-home kit.
- Please note: The kit will include the custom-cut wood pieces only. Paint, glue, and finishing supplies are not included.
- For best results at home, we recommend:
-Acrylic Paints (use a palette and a variety of paintbrushes)
-Acrylic Paint Markers for detail work (avoid alcohol-based markers)
-Titebond Quick & Thick glue — it’s our go-to for strong, clean finishes (not sponsored, just a favorite!)
